Before Starting

There are currently two files that
you can download. One is Cheese
Wizard.zip, in which case this
document is important. The other is
Cheese Wizard.exe, which
automatically places the files in
their rightful places. The executable
was created using BoBCoB's COB
Packager.

Cheese Wizard COB (Cheese Wizard.cob)

This is an interesting type of
vendor. It injects the popular web-
graphic wizard1.gif into your world.
When pushed, either by you or a
creature, it magically creates one of
three randomaly chosen food items.
The first is native to albia, cheese.
It's affects, in case you don't know,
are as follows...

Chemical	|Amount
-------------------------------------
Hunger Decrease	|250
NFP Decrease	|10
Starch |150

The next item is a pear-ike fruit.
Being such, it's very sweet. It's
affects are as follows...

Chemical	|Amount
-------------------------------------
Hunger Decrease	|200
NFP Decrease	|50
Starch |50
Vitamin C	|200

As you can see, it would be a fine
treat, but isn't completely lacking
nutrition. Moving on... This next one
is intersting. It's a fruit. However,
it has protective spikes that can be
just a slight bit painful on your
creature's pallet. It's affects are
as follows...

Chemical	|Amount
-------------------------------------
Hunger Decrease	|100
NFP Decrease	|50
Starch |100
Pain |50

Installation of COB

First of all, the Cheese Wizard.cob
file needs placed in your Creatures
directory. The wizard vendor uses the
cwiz.spr sprite file and that should
be placed in the Images folder within
your Creatures directory. It also
uses the hslt.wav sound file. That
should already be in the Sounds
folder within your Creatures
directory, but it's provided just in
case. This object's family, genus,
and species are 2, 8, and 100
respectively.

The cheese uses the food.spr sprite
file and that should already be in
the Images folder within your
Creatures directory, but it's
included just in case. It also uses
the chwp.wav, drop.wav, and chwc.wav
sound files. These should already be
in the Sounds folder within your
Creatures directory, but they're
provided just in case. This object's
family, genus, and species are 2, 6,
and 1 respectively.

The pear-like fruit uses the cwiz.spr
sprite file and that should be placed
in the Images folder within your
Creatures directory. It also uses the
chwp.wav, drop.wav, and chwc.wav
sound files. These should already be
in the Sounds folder within your
Creatures directory, but they're
provided just in case. This object's
family, genus, and species are 2, 6,
and 100	respectively.

The spiky fruit uses the cwiz.spr
sprite file and that should be placed
in the Images folder within your
Creatures directory. It also uses the
chwp.wav, drop.wav, and chwc.wav
sound files. These should already be
in the Sounds folder within your
Creatures directory, but they're
provided just in case. This object's
family, genus, and species are 2, 6,
and 101	respectively.

The Remover File (Cheese Wizard.rcb)

Basically, this file will remove all
wizard vendors that you have in your
world. It does not remove the food
items. I think it would be dumb to
ever create a remover for a food item
considering that they do not harm
creatures and can be eaten.

Installation of Remover

This is really easy! All that you
must do is place Cheese Wizard.rcb in
your Creatures directory. Voila.

Thanks!

If you've read all of this, I thank
you. It is a nescessity in order to
prevent the dreaded "Newbie Mistake".
If you need to contact me for any
reason, my e-mail address is
CBev1999@hotmail.com. I would be
happy to explain to you how I created
this COB, or anything
creatures-related I may create in the
future. (Note: the human eye can only
keep track of about two alphabets or
56 letters, numbers, and chacters on
any given line.)
